We are excited to announce that Chef Dave Cuntz has become a permanent addition to The Roost team! Dave was originally brought in as a consultant to assist with menu development but has become a vital addition to our kitchen crew. Chef Dave adds a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and possibilities to the Cuckoo’s and Roost family.

Abigail "Abby" Feldman is our Front of House Manager. She brings her extensive experience in the hospitality industry to our staff. She enjoys getting to know our guests, experimenting with cocktails, and providing exceptional customer service!
